WARNING! DISTURBING PICTURE AT BOTTOM OF POST!!!!!! NOT FOR THOSE WITH WEAK STOMACHS!
What a great way to end the football season! Though I wish the AFC won! This could be possibly the last Pro Bowl here in Hawaii and I was so happy to be a part of it. Another tailgate is over. Looks like this is the last one for a long while! :( Alas, it was a good one! We started off bright and early, outta the house at 6:30am. When we talked our way in the back entrance of the stadium, we scored a perfect spot! It was the end spot next to a trash can and near the bathrooms. Not too near that it stank, but near enough to walk over without peeing on yourself! LOL. We had yummy breakfast burritos, sausage balls, and pigs in blankets. We also drank mimosas and lots of liquor. Well, not me because I knew I would end up being DD. I quit drinking around 11am, when we started filtering into the stadium. Todd, Larry, and Terrance were keeping it pretty steady though! Once we got in they drank some beers and ended up talking to some people sitting in front of us that had some kind of brandy or something with them. So Todd and Larry were taking swigs of that. Terrance went to his own section (we were in E, he was in S) and slept the whole first half! He confessed this to us when he finally made it over during halftime. Halftime was weak, Enrique Iglesias was there with Ciara. It was boring. I barely remember hearing or seeing Bruce Springsteen. By the end of the game the guys were blitzed (and not football blitzed). We made it out to the parking lot and hung out a little bit. By the time we were ready to go, so was everyone else. We had to sit there forever just waiting to get out of the stadium. While waiting Todd leaned out of the jeep and started throwing up...right in front of a HPD (Honolulu Police Department) cop on a motorcycle! The cop just laughed the whole time.
We did make it home safe and sound (thanks to moi) and Todd threw up a few more times and passed out. It was a fun, memorable (for some of us) football ending. Can't wait until next season! Check out some pictures of the experience here.
